Job Title : JD 23_Digital Transformation Consultant ( TMS/ Supply Chain ) Department : Sales and Business Development Location : Maharashtra, Delhi - NCR, Kolkata Job Summary As a Digital Transformation Consultant at SuperProcure, you will be responsible for Designing Supply Chain Digital Transformation processes for Enterprises. The work will involve understanding of customer business processes & identifying opportunities for digital transportation. Thereafter, devise practical solutions and pitch for CXO\'s approval. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring constant adaptation to the ever-changing landscape and business needs of the various enterprises and industries. Your job will involve working closely with a cross-functional sales team, product team and customer representatives. Prior experience as a Digital Transformation Consultant specializing in Logistics and SCM with technical, communication, and organizational skills would be preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze clients\' requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their business goals by compelling and engaging in presentations, documentation and product demonstrations. Work independently with clients on technical scoping. Developing and creating collateral, new capabilities working closely with cross-functional teams. Understand client digital transformation needs & consult/provide customized solutions. Building curated transformation solutions and delivering on revenue targets. Analyze data to come up with actionable insights. Drive implementation of complex engagements. Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight our value proposition through presentations, product demonstration. Maintain a through understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new business opportunities Drive the projects to completion. Be accountable for the overall technical excellence and quality of the technical output. Skills And Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Solution Design consultant/ Digital Transformation Consultant in SaaS product / SCM companies. A proven track record of consistency in timely delivery and quantifying benefits achieved for clients. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Management or equivalent practical experience. Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and needs. Willingness to travel to client sites and conferences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hands-on experience in Excel, Powerpoint.
