Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant
Location: Bangalore, Krnataka, India

Roles&Resposibilities:

Understand the market and competitive landscape.
Dive into the product. Familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of it.
Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Put together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
Understand client requirements and priorities and proactively scope the
technical solution required to address customer requirements.
Create and draft out proposals/SoW/Work Contracts for Technical Assessment, Solution and Customer Experience Design
Product presentation/demonstration
Market research and specific account research activities
Create and refresh collaterals to communicate key aspects and benefits of our portfolio to prospects, customers, and partners.
Provide the highest level of service and technical support for B2B clients.
Provide training to customers when needed.
Communicate account status, client preferences and requirements to sales teams.
Manage hand-over to the service and support functions after successful implementation

The core competency you should possess

Technical/Functional Skills:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience working at a B2B organization
• Data-driven mind set and eagerness to run innovative marketing campaigns
• Experience in online marketing tools & techniques
• Understanding of Industrial AI industry, latest technology trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
• Experience in implementing or providing solutions for any IoT solutions of industrial IoT/Smart manufacturing, connected devices/assets, connected supply chain/logistics, smart cities, smart metering/grids, smart agriculture etc. would be an advantage

• Strong experience in conducting client interactions for discovering and capturing their pain areas and business needs.
• Problem-solving approach having a comprehensive predictive view of customer's future requirements and existing business processes.

Education Qualification:

MBA from Tier I/II institutes and Bachelor's degree in
Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
