Who You\'ll Work With

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be based in one of our office in India as part of McKinsey Digital. This group brings together the best of McKinsey\xe2\x80\x99s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses.

As a member of this group, you\xe2\x80\x99ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You\xe2\x80\x99ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.

What You\'ll Do

You\'ll apply your experience in the agile process to ensure deliverables are achieved for our technology teams to build digital products for McKinsey clients.

In this role, your work will include hands-on development of storyboards, wireframes, product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria. You\xe2\x80\x99ll guide the product development team, including defining features and product backlog, development prioritization, quality assurance and final acceptance of developed software. You\'ll deliver working technology platforms, complying with our high quality and security standards. In addition, you\'ll manage project risks and issues with all stakeholders involved and you\'ll be responsible for the management of the project scope, budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science; post graduate degree in business or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience guiding agile projects as a product owner and/or scrum master
• Experience as both a team member and coach in the agile product owner and/or scrum master roles
• Experience building consumer quality products and enabling business capability and objectives through technology
• Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, etc.)
• Proficient at drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, creating/grooming product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria
• Proficient at stakeholder management, story-lining presentations and evaluating ROI
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)
