We are looking to add to this talent pool an experienced manager who is highly skilled in areas of SiteCatalyst implementation and reporting. The Ideal Experience Map: Bachelor\'s degree - IT /Computer Science and overall experience of 7-8 years with 3-4 years of relevant experience in Sitecatalyst implementation and minimum 2 years of experience in Reporting Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SiteCatalyst implementation Gather requirements for existing and new implementations through continuous interactions with client teams Document technical specifications for new implementations Develop and implement (UAT) test cases for SiteCatalyst implementation along with post implementation support Act as an in-house consultant, trainer and mentor for SiteCatalyst implementations Proactive approach towards planning and implementing new initiatives that help elevate team skills and the practice Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects Travel to client locations, as per the requirements, for scoping, reviews, workshops etc. Technical and Functional Skills: Reporting experience on any of the reporting tools such as Site catalyst, Google Analytics, WebTrends and so on Hands-on experience on at least one leading tag management system like Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe DTM Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS Ability to design solutions for new Implementations Experience in testing SiteCatalyst Implementations during UAT Proven expertise in documenting technical specifications Strong fundamental knowledge of SiteCatalyst Variables People Management and Personality Traits: Excellent troubleshooting skills Proactive approach towards planning and implementing new initiatives that help elevate team skills and the practice General skills that will boost your eligibility: Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, eCommerce etc.
