We are seeking a dynamic People Manager to lead our Digital Sales team and drive our consumable business to new heights. Your role: Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing Digital Sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company\'s values. Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital sales initiatives with broader business goals. Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee the recruitment process for digital sales professionals, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the digital sales team. Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital sales efforts. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align digital sales strategies with overall business objectives. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the digital sales strategy. Who you are: Masters degree in Ssience, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital sales leadership, preferably in the consumable goods industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
