Department: Personal Banking, WPB In this role, you will: . Be part of cross functional teams (composed of analysts, designers, scrum teams) across different locations operating in a lean agile product development environment. . Be part of a team that always represents the customer. Using customer, colleague and data insights to identify and prioritise key problem statements to resolve . Develop an expert knowledge on our digital journeys, platforms and accessibility requirements in order to influence a variety of stakeholders and adjust strategic direction accordingly. . Drive and execute the delivery of our key strategic features and journeys along with continuously seeking improvement opportunities in both people and process. . Manage key stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively across business areas to identify, manage and deliver solutions. . Manage any risks and issues relevant to your activities and escalate accordingly, this includes managing the delivery of any regulation impacting the digital journeys. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: . Experience in a digital product owner or lead business analyst role with relevant experience . Experience in engaging, motivating and influencing a wide range of stakeholders to help deliver change . Experience in identifying and delivering change which improves business effectiveness in line with business priorities and positive customer outcomes . Be able to build an effective network across the bank, develop relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same .
