You will also need to manage all of Taaza TV\'s social media channels, team members, campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction. Editorial Expertise: Review, edit, and proofread news articles, features, and reports related to Bengal, ensuring that they adhere to the organization\'s editorial standards, style guidelines, and ethical principles Craft compelling headlines, engaging leads, and sub-headings that accurately reflect the essence of the news story Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging. Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites. Scheduling copy for release at optimal times. Monitoring users\' engagement with and feedback on every article. Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications. Qualifications: Experience as a journalist at a similar company. Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
