Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Develop, monitor, and analyze campaign performance across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and improve the company's social media presence and engagement
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Conduct competitor research and keep up to date with digital trends
Manage and grow marketing automation and CRM systems
Key Skills Required:
Proven work experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years)
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects independently
