Job Description

Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Optimize campaigns for better ROI and performance.

SEO & SEM Optimization

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking. Conduct keyword research and track performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).

Social Media Marketing

Create, manage, and grow the company's social media presence. Plan engaging content calendars and run paid ad campaigns.

Content Strategy & Management

Collaborate with content creators to develop blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.

Email Marketing

Design and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and retention. Track open rates, click rates, and conversions to improve effectiveness.

Website & Landing Page Optimization

Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve UX/UI. Work with web developers to implement digital marketing best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and prepare detailed marketing reports. Use data insights to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Brand Awareness & Lead Generation

Develop and implement strategies to increase online brand presence. Drive traffic and generate quality leads through various digital platforms.

Competitor & Market Analysis

Research digital marketing trends and competitor strategies. Suggest new ideas to improve marketing performance.

Collaboration

Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive digital communication and consistent brand messaging.
