Roles & Responsibility

Strategy & Planning
Develop digital marketing plans aligned with business goals (brand, lead gen, sales).
Identify target audience, channels, messaging.
Budget planning and allocation across channels.

Campaign Execution
Create, launch, and manage campaigns:
social media (organic & paid)
Search (SEO & SEM/PPC)
Email marketing/newsletters
Display, affiliate, or influencer marketing where applicable.
Coordinate creative development (content, graphics, video) for ads, landing pages, social posts.

Website & Content Management
Maintain website content, ensure good user experience & SEO-friendly pages.
Blog or article creation and content optimization.
Landing page design or optimization for better conversion.

Analytics & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance using tools (Google Analytics, ad-platform reports, others).
Track key metrics: traffic, CTR, conversion rate, ROI, cost per lead/acquisition.
A/B testing (ads, email, landing pages) and making improvements.
Identify underperforming areas and optimize (budget shifts, creative, targeting).

Social Media & Community Engagement
Plan content calendar for social platforms.
Engage with audience (comments, messages, feedback).
Monitor brand mentions, competitive activities.

Collaboration & Coordination
Work with design, content, product, sales teams for cohesive campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors/agencies if required.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and any legal/data-privacy standards.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
2+ years
of professional experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot etc.).
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Familiar with affiliate/influencer marketing.
Prior work in particular industries (e.g. e-commerce / B2B / tech).
Experience in conversion funnel mapping / UX optimization.
EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
