. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing online sales through performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and website optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms.
Manage
end-to-end D2C website marketing operations
including traffic generation, conversion optimization, and retention.
Develop and execute
SEO and content marketing strategies
to drive organic visibility and growth.
Manage
email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns
, and push notifications for customer engagement and repeat purchases.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling creatives and copy for ad campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA), and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with the tech and product teams to ensure smooth website performance, landing page optimization, and improved user journey.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and D2C eCommerce.
Requirements:
4-7 years of hands-on experience
in digital marketing, preferably for a
D2C or eCommerce brand
.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Analytics (GA4)
.
Proven experience in
performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good to Have:
Experience with Shopify or other D2C website platforms.
Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate programs.
