Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and effectively reach the target audience. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Identify target audiences and define clear marketing personas for different campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and more. Create and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company\'s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Develop engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and interactive elements. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the audience in a timely and professional manner. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better search engine visibility. Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant SEO metrics. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website performance. Email Marketing: Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Segment email lists for targeted communication and personalize content as needed. Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Paid Advertising (SEM): Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Develop ad copies, select keywords, and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems is a plus. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are advantageous.
