We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to engage and nurture our audience. Create compelling email campaigns that drive customer retention and acquisition. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, and work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Manage and curate content for various social media platforms. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Regularly post engaging content on our digital platforms to increase brand awareness. Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand voice and image. Identify target markets for brochures and WhatsApp messages. Conduct market research to optimize content for maximum impact. Engage with clients and prospects through messages and calls to understand their requirements. Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries and feedback. Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to expand our business reach. Collaborate with other teams to tailor marketing efforts to meet B2B client needs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, social media, and client engagement. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
