Job Overview

Woliba is looking for a highly motivated, and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) who has the expertise in the SaaS space to manage all digital marketing strategies. This role is responsible for creating, growing, and maintaining all digital outreach activities and assets such as web pages, blog, social media, and email. The DMM will build and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and engagement to support revenue growth. This role serves as the in-house subject matter expert for digital marketing by working closely with product experts, sales, customer success and wellness teams to understand key market drivers and opportunities for engagement and growth. As well, collaborating with other cross-functional teams, you will identify, quantify, support, and execute opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing to all segments, including ABM strategy analysis of campaign attribution, performance and conversion rates and finding repeatable & scalable tactics to grow our business
  • Establish specific KPIs and ensure necessary reporting to track, analyze and report on channel metrics, performance, and customer data to measure effectiveness and optimize results
  • Rigorously track, analyze and communicate our lead generation and pipeline opportunity contributions on a regular basis
  • Enhance our results through optimization, testing, QA and other means
  • Identify ways to improve our marketing mix to minimize our cost of acquisition and accelerate revenue
  • Maintain on top of our ideal ICP by collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Drive SEO strategy to include consistent evaluation of keywords to support the right content strategy and to lead technical SEO updates
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Plans and executes all web and email marketing strategies
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels (CRO).
  • Manage and develops digital marketing team
Qualifications
  • BS or MS in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record in partnering with Sales, Sales Development & Revenue Operations to drive pipeline and funnel performance
  • Demonstrated mastery in SEO & SEM
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership and mentorship experience, as well as team building.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, inspiring a shared sense of ownership and accomplishment.
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Must have experience with tools such as Hubspot or equivalent marketing automation solution
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
