We are currently searching for a seasoned and accomplished Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team for our UK based Parent companies, our parent companies have prominent online retailer presence on Shopify ecommerce stores, marketplaces like Amazon & eBay & other ecommerce websites in United Kingdom and Europe. Mezzex is delivering IT Support, Website Development, Digital Marketing, Back Office Support, Data Entry, Bookkeeping & Accounting services to our Parent Companies based in United Kingdom. Our Parent companies have exciting mix of International B2C (DTC) & B2B brands trading in markets including Professional Sports, Health & Lifestyle and Health & Personal Care, Homewares, Kitchenware since 2000. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with a profound passion for customer journeys and marketing to play a pivotal role in our growth.
  • This role will work with the team to ensure that the customer has the best possible experience when interacting with us.
  • Control all communications with customers \xe2\x80\x93 ensure that we are talking to our customers about what they want to hear from us and how they want to hear from us. Caretaker of customer journey.
  • Manages the Marketing plan \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for developing, planning, and executing on all off and online campaigns.
  • Manage email agency relationship.
  • Work with New product manager to present the customer point of view.
  • Work with Digital Marketing team to ensure our website presentation ensures a smooth customer journey.
Responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning: Develop and execute product launch campaigns with the Product Marketing Manager as well as customer-focused marketing activity across all our marketing tools. Implementing digital-centric communications strategies and campaigns and coming up with new ways to make our brands stand out through the delivery of brilliant customer experience. 2. Email Marketing: Create and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing customer relationships, increasing customer retention, and driving repeat purchases. Ensure campaign effectiveness. 3. Social Media Management: Mange various social media channels with our Digital Marketing Team (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok) to engage the target audience, bolster brand awareness, and channel traffic to the ecommerce platforms. Develop and execute content strategies, closely monitoring analytics for ongoing enhancement. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Utilise data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports on digital marketing campaigns, channel performance, and overall ecommerce platform performance. 5. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team, cross-functional units (e.g., design, development), and external agencies to ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage the digital marketing team to meet and exceed KPI targets.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
  • Create high quality landing pages for campaigns and increase conversion rates.
  • Identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
  • Plan and manage roadmaps to help customers find and purchase our products through a frictionless self-service (ecommerce) journey on our website.
  • Ensure our website is converting at the highest possible rate for self-service sales and lead generation strategies.
  • Successfully manage the migration of our website to a new CMS platform and rationalise 7 legacy websites to the new Bright website while maintaining SEO equity.
  • Maintain and grow our website traffic with constant analysis & optimisations.
  • Responsible for our link building strategy and work closely with our content team to ensure search performance is optimised.
  • Measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, domain authority, bounce rate, ad spend return on investment and other conversion metrics.
  • Project manage integrations with other software in the tech stack.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A masters in degree in marketing or management would be a plus.
  • Expert-level digital marketing skills, with 5+ years in B2B digital marketing experience for lead generation
  • Seasoned marketing professional with a minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience; preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong track record of developing impactful strategies and executing digital marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a small team / function Experience with digital SAAS platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce etc will be required.
  • eCommerce and Digital Consumer Retail experience is required.
  • Strong analytical ability, using both GA4 and native apps/tools.
  • Driven, ambitious and passionate about everything digital \xe2\x80\x93 Always up to date on the latest trends and technologies.
  • This role is for UK & Europe based company hence experience of working with clients of this geographical area will be preferred.
