Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and possess a strong understanding of marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving traffic and conversions through various digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and display advertising
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO
• Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Manage and grow social media channels, including creating and scheduling content and responding to customer inquiries
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content and design, to develop compelling campaigns and content that resonates with our target audience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and make recommendations to optimize our digital marketing strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics
• Experience managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
