We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales and marketing Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales strategy. The goal should be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company products services addressing or predicting client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers REQUIREMENTS We are seeking highly skilled and charismatic professionals (preferably females) to join our team in a sales executive role. The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Smart, confident, and presentable appearance, projecting a professional image to clients. Demonstrated success and experience as a sales executive, preferably in the event and hospitality industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Previous experience in customer support is a valuable asset. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, showcasing advanced skills and ability to create impactful presentations. Excellent command of the English language, both in conversation and vocabulary, enabling effective communication with clients. In-depth market knowledge, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, allowing for persuasive and compelling interactions with potential clients. Ability to build strong rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers. Effective time management and planning skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and priorities.
