Job Description

Full Experience required: 3+ Years as a Performance Marketer.Responsibilities: Creating and managing paid ads on Social media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram) and Google Adwords. Leading paid media planning strategies. Meeting the target RoAS each month via strategizing, analysis & precise planning. Own, drive and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, CPR, RoAS, etc. Providing & maintaining monthly performance marketing reports. Working closely with the team to create planned strategies and meet monthly targets.

  • Ability to carry and deliver on Sales Budget. Result Oriented.
  • Website and Lead Management
  • Designing EDMs/Marketing Collaterals
  • Email/SMS Marketing
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
Qualities we look for: Strong communication (verbal and written), Presentation skill, a knack for identifying target audiences and where to find them, to encourage engagement and conversions. . Thorough understanding of Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) metrics on various channels. Strong analytical skills are a important addition. In-depth understanding of ad channels. The ability to handle change and be open to it, good time management, and an ability to work under strict timelines.
