Job description We are looking for a Result Oriented Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our web and app development services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing tactics and technologies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online channels. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote company\'s services and drive leads through various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. 2. Collaborate with business development team to understand target audience needs, define buyer personas, and develop targeted messaging and content to effectively reach and engage prospects. 3. Manage companys online presence, including website optimization, content creation, and social media management, to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the mobile app development industry. 4. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead tracking processes, and optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
5. Analyse key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven optimizations to improve results. 6. Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing, web, and mobile app development, and implement innovative strategies to differentiate our company from competitors. 7. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to drive team performance and achieve marketing objectives. 8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and project management, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals and project timelines. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing,Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on promoting technology products or services. 3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. 4. Expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, SMM, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, development, and other teams to achieve common goals. 7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies. 8. Experience with marketing automation platforms like Semrush. 9. Knowledge of web and mobile app development processes, technologies, and industry trends is a plus. Salary: Upto 8 LPA.
