: Digital Marketing Manager We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies. You will manage various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content including blogposts, email marketing, and On/Off Page SEO to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the target audience. Experience: Minimum 4 years
Professional Qualification: Min. requirement Masters/Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; Diploma in Digital Marketing, or Luxury Brand Marketing & Management Main Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager : Your responsibilities will include:
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and execute all digital marketing activations, including Off-page & On-page SEO, SEM, organic & paid media strategies, marketing database, email marketing campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns along with copywriting for the \xe2\x80\x98Ad Copy\xe2\x80\x99 as well.
\xef\x82\xb7 Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Develop monthly SM Calendar for the same.
\xef\x82\xb7 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) along with managing budgets across all digital channels to drive strong results.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
\xef\x82\xb7 Developing a comprehensive digital strategy with both organic & paid activations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
\xef\x82\xb7 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B Testing).
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience along with playing an important role in content management & optimization across all digital platforms & website including blogposts.
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan, execute and measure email marketing campaigns including monthly newsletters. \xef\x82\xb7 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate digital consumer journey along with endto-end consumer experience across multiple channels and consumer touch points.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of Customer Behaviour Analysis Tools to closely study patterns about the customers visiting & engaging with us across all digital platforms mainly website & social media.
\xef\x82\xb7 Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
\xef\x82\xb7 Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
\xef\x82\xb7 Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience in running ads globally (preferably in Middle East for luxury brands, high-end products, or hospitality.
\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with (Visuals & Brand Communications Team) for strategies & social media calendar.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Requirements and skills
\xef\x82\xb7 BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven working experience in digital marketing for a high-end product (ultra luxury) or related industry.
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
\xef\x82\xb7 Solid knowledge of Customer Behaviour Analysis Tools such as Mouseflow, Hotjar, Userlytics, LogRocket.
\xef\x82\xb7 Solid knowledge of e-mail marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Sendit etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of ad analytics tools including Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Pixel.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
\xef\x82\xb7 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, SEO and measurement. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 960,000.00 - 965,000.00 per month Schedule:
