As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns across various channels, and optimizing performance to achieve client objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies, and use insights to inform campaign planning and optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, and provide regular performance reports and insights to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth and development.

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that meet or exceed client objectives.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and team members.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.
