SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive results for our clients. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns across various channels, and optimizing performance to achieve client objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies, and use insights to inform campaign planning and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, and provide regular performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth and development.
Requirements: (We are seeking applicants who are comfortable with our salary range provided. )
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and team members.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
  • Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.
