The candidate will have extensive experience with Internet marketing channels like SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media and email marketing.
He is reporting directly to the General Manager/Director of Sales & Marketing of the hotels he has in charge for the below duty.
Web Sales Strategy & Improvement of Online Presence
Define key markets and opportunities.
Plan digital Marketing roadmap for each property in consultation with key stakeholders in each property.
Develop Digital marketing strategies to meet business needs of each property (including rooms, F&B, MICE, Wedding, Spa, etc.)
Strategy development for all digital marketing channels (including microsite, AH.com/Brands.com, Social media, email marketing, paid media, bloggers and influencers.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Completion & review of Digital Marketing audits, including associated action plans.
Animate and integrate Loyalty programs (LCAH, Meeting Planner & Accor Plus) throughout Digital marketing activity, where relevant.
Active Promotion of Offers / Benefits (as needed)
Actively participate in marketing campaign and merchandising programs
Mentoring and Developing Hotel Team . Mentor on key skills with in digital marketing for the hotel teams to develop further . Collaborate and Train internal property teams to implement optimized user experience . Collaborate with agencies and other 3rd party vendor partners . E-Commerce Audits and Actions with road map Competitors’ and Technology Watch
Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Designing new and creative growth strategies
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective and training for adoption where appropriate
Reporting and Engagement Framework
Repost individually to all subscribed property GMs regarding their specific action plans, including
o Status of action plan items o Result, including key success metrics for each activity.
Prepare and review general budget and purpose investment strategies
o Regional Digital marketing activities o Localized Digital marketing activities
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
