Plan and manage brand shoots -- leadership messages, client stories, service showcases, and culture videos.
Define tone, theme, and style aligned with Kaizen's premium, authentic brand.
Oversee production, budgeting, and distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and website.
4. Marketing Agency & Vendor Management
Manage existing digital, creative, and video partners.
Set clear SLAs, track performance, and ensure consistency in brand communication.
Manage contracts, budgets, and ROI-driven execution.
Maintain a marketing calendar and performance dashboard.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience in training, consulting, or professional services.
Proven skills in
