Key Responsibilities1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Perform keyword research and identify high-intent search terms.
Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, content, internal linking).
Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink building and outreach.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
Conduct competitor SEO analysis and suggest improvements.
2. Paid Advertising (PPC & Performance Marketing)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and A/B testing.
Perform negative keyword analysis to reduce wasteful spend.
Monitor competitor PPC campaigns and keyword trends.
Write and optimize high-converting ad copies.
Analyze campaign data and continuously improve ROI.
3. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Build and execute social media strategies through audience and competitor research.
Set up and optimize company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts and campaigns.
Track social media metrics, insights, and trends to improve engagement.
Handle audience interaction and brand communication.
4. Branding & Content
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Support branding initiatives and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing alignment.
Analyze competitor branding strategies for market opportunities.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, social insights, etc.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Measure leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to write compelling ad copies and marketing content
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

Qualifications

Preferred Skills
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or Social Media Specialist
Strong understanding of major online marketing channels
Experience in performance-driven campaigns and lead generation
