The Digital Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on performance-based marketing tactics. This role oversees all aspects of digital marketing, including performance marketing, online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions through data-driven strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with overall business goals. Identify target audiences, marketing objectives, and KPIs to develop effective strategies and tactics across multiple digital channels. Performance marketing: Implement performance marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. Optimize campaigns to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI. Search engine optimization (SEO): Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement technical SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Social media marketing: Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create compelling content, implement targeted advertising campaigns, and monitor social media metrics to optimize performance. Email marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions. Segment audiences, create personalized content, and leverage marketing automation tools to deliver timely and relevant email communications. Content marketing: Plan and execute content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic, increase brand authority, and engage target audiences. Create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content across various digital channels to attract and retain customers. Analytics and reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across digital marketing campaigns. Use data insights to optimize strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to the management. Budget management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals. Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance to ensure optimal utilization of resources. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to drive product enhancements, customer experience improvements, and sales growth. Requirements and Skills : Master\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 5-6 years of experience as a digital marketing manager or in a similar role, with a focus on performance marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing tactics, including PPC advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and CRO. Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to optimize website content and drive organic traffic. Experience managing social media marketing campaigns and leveraging social media platforms for business growth. Familiarity with email marketing best practices, segmentation, and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and report on digital marketing performance. Familiarity with content marketing strategies and techniques to drive brand engagement and organic traffic. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
