Job Description

You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic and converting sales for our website and marketplace channels. You will have a deep understanding of PPC advertising to maintain and monitor all channels for the company.As our new PPC Specialist, you thoroughly research keywords that you determine to be relevant, discover non-converting keywords, and target key audiences to maximize ROI. Simultaneously, you are analyzing campaign performance to determine high/low performing campaigns and providing reporting up to the Marketing Director for review.What You Will Do

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Sponsored Products, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
  • Optimize bidding at the keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
  • Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share, and other important metrics)
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends

Required Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in the retail industry
  • Expertise in Google Adwords with certification
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities while handling multiple projects
  • Competency in Microsoft 365 products such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets
