Job Description

Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai

• In-depth understanding of Google Ads/Facebook platforms customer audience capability, various types of campaigns and objectives, and ability to select and optimize campaigns as per business objectives.
• The candidate should have between 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end management of performance marketing across Paid Social channels.
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and advertising across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Strong analytical abilities, highly organized, detail-oriented.
• Deep knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, YT Analytics, Facebook creator studio, Google Ads manager, etc.
• Experience in managing multiple ongoing campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in handling multiple lead generation campaigns.
• Planning, and executing monitoring PPC campaigns on major search engines SM.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Optimize campaigns on day to day basis across digital and social media.
• Optimizing Ads, Revenue, Marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and analyze campaign performance.
• Launch optimized online ads through Google Ads, Facebook, etc. to run performance marketing campaigns.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
