Talking to multiple people to get their time in explaining our clients\xe2\x80\x99 services and offerings. 3. Working on explaining the complete list of benefits and answering their questions. 4. Trying to convince them in different aspects to take our clients services. 5. Actively taking the feedback from the clients and trying to make negative to positive with clear explanations. 6. Working on regular follow up with them for better understanding. 7. Monitoring a team of business development executives to reach the stipulated targets. 8. Reaching regular targets is mandatory in a way to show the performance. 9. Do performance checks of all team members to be in the competitive bubble. 10. Understanding the feedback and helping the operations team to improve the services with regular feedback. 11. Actively participating in all Business Development Activities.
