Requirements MBA / BBA or Graduate in any discipline. Strong knowledge of web technologies, including content management systems, HTML, CSS, and SEO principles. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, such as social media management, email marketing, and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Energetic and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices is a plus. Prior experience or internships in digital marketing or product development is desirable.
