  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and marketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google AdWords, Display, YouTube, Facebook, ad networks etc. including how to setup campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones
  • Lead a team of 4-5 members and define their growth path
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies across all mediums
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns across various Advertising portals
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics, PPC initiatives and FB Paid Ads
  • Understanding campaigns and creating relevant ads
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business.
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Measure, analyse and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
  • Manage email life cycles to nurture leads and engage with customers


Qualifications
  • B.Tech or UG from a reputed institute required
  • The Digital Marketing Manager will also portray a passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate fluency in the acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.
  • 3+ years well-versed experience in Facebook performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Experience Generating Campaign Performance Reports
  • Candidates from Edtech background would be preferred.
