We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager with a "can-do" attitude to assist our organization in planning, managing and overseeing all aspects of a digital marketing campaign to effectively promote the brands product(s). The Digital Marketing Manager will handle strategic online initiatives, lead marketing Campaigns, monitor and evaluate online media campaigns, work with other Department heads to discuss plans and marketing strategies, collaborate with the Finance head to set and stay within budget & stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world. Your creativity, marketing Skills and vision will help our organization in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing the digital presence, and improving our organization\'s growth through digital marketing.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will provide guidance to leaders/teams within each department and Understand the different facets of digital media and the role they play in the digital marketing space. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the ability to strategize & plan with incredible organizational Skills to amplify our brand & our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Allocate marketing investments
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, etc,)
  • Manage and maintain the companys owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, especially on Google & Social Media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc,)
  • Manage SEO campaigns
  • Track the website traffic flow
  • Measure and assess goals vis--vis ROI
  • Set up conversion, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Requirements:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • A good understanding of marketing automation tools and software.
  • Working knowledge of leading and managing SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Ability to identify target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Working experience in Optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Familiar with website analytics tools.
  • Outstanding experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Exceptional knowledge of content management and email marketing software.
  • Good understanding of social media and display advertising platforms.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
