We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with an MBA qualification to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to continually refine and improve marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders, providing regular updates on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- MBA in Marketing or related field within 1st 30 ranked college in the country/premium institution required.
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, with at least [X years] of experience.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and managing junior team members.
