Job Description


A leading B2B SaaS startup is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who will lead the end-to-end campaign journey from initiation to execution along with sales enablement.

Please Note: Engineers followed by an MBA from good B school will be preferred and minimum 2+ years of B2B SaaS product experience is a must so only apply if you fit this criterion.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and strategize for demand generation campaigns using paid digital channels.

- Monitor KPIs and establish mechanisms to measure performance across different platforms.

- Execute A/B testing and find the elements for high-performing digital marketing campaigns.

- Analyse campaign outcomes and undertake regular performance report, based insights.

- Own, optimize and improve conversion rates across all digital marketing channels.

- Maintaining and grow company\'s LinkedIn and social media presence.

To fit the bill:

- 6+ years in running demand generation campaigns at global level.

- At least 2+ years in a B2B SaaS organization.

- Build and execute comprehensive campaign strategies.

- Strong analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms.

- Excellent communication skills.
