You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include search, display and social advertising strategies across a wide range of B2B and B2C sites. You are passionate about the world of online marketing and love helping people and brands connect through targeted, strategic advertising. You\'re data driven, with a creative streak and this allows you to generate awesome campaigns that really deliver. You know how to report on and present data, and you understand the importance of delivering excellent ROI for clients. Responsibilities and typical duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Creating, managing, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns, primarily across social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram and Google Ads. Lead the team in developing Digital Paid Media strategies for clients under your portfolio that support their overall Digital Marketing program. Translate client KPIs and goals into strategic recommendations for clients across Paid Media channels. Conduct audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform Paid Media strategies for clients. Build accurate and reliable reporting frameworks to track your campaign performance. Internally and externally report on progress against goals, ROI, spends and other key metrics. Conduct reports using tools like Google Search Console. Daily campaign budget management. You will manage budgets to ensure accurate pacing towards client budgets on an ongoing basis. Present reports, deliverables, and strategy presentations to clients, both on calls and virtual in-person meetings. In-depth understanding of all elements involved in Social Media advertising such as, but not limited to, Social media tracking parameters (pixels, audience data sources, creative formats and campaign types) budget planning, advertising objective planning, bidding strategies, conversions and audience building. Optimise Paid Media campaigns on an ongoing basis, including bid optimization, landing page recommendations, analysing search query reports, and creating or updating ad copy, messaging, and/or imagery. Monitor and administer social media reports and key reporting tools and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals. This would include strategic recommendations and following up on implementation. Create monthly and quarterly reports for clients that include analysis of campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement. Provide recommendations for new account opportunities, including taking advantage of new platform features/capabilities, or testing new platforms, channels, or technologies. Set up all tracking and related platforms necessary to effectively and efficiently run marketing campaigns. This includes but is not limited to: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Merchant Centre and Google Tag Manager. Proactive analysis of customer performance in order to generate insights which should help drive revenue.
