Job Description


We are looking for a digital Marketing Lead Generation Manager who will devise and execute the overall digital strategy and the delivery team requirements for a number of businesses to allow the business to generate and sell leads, both internally and externally.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating strategy to drive traffic and generate sales:
  • Generating leads for indaHash current products (Creator Discovery Tool, Self-Serve, managed service) and future products
  • Identifying, establishing, and optimising growth channels in order to increase revenue
  • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, as well as experimenting with new methods to capture current demand
  • Creating sales funnels and combining them with CRM
  • Generating content to attract prospects and increase revenue
  • Creating partnerships with different marketplaces to generate sales
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reach the target audience through various channels
  • Full ownership over SEO and SEM strategy:
  • Optimising copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Implementing SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Assisting with outreach and amplification initiatives to improve the website\xe2\x80\x99s search engine ranking scores
  • Performing regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimised, updated, and relevant to the target audience
  • Developing a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, including the company website and social media channels
* Performance marketing:
  • Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the development of product and marketing strategies by using Google Analytics and implementing other tools that would be needed
  • Providing expertise and feedback to improve the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
  • Optimising performance campaigns for indaHash clients
  • Executing tests, collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting and analysing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
  • Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Brainstorming new content ideas alongside the larger creative and marketing team
  • Working together with other teams across teams to discuss ideas, receive input, and report results
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have in the region of 5 years\' experience in a digital marketing environment, especially in a digital lead generation context.

Other key requirements will include:
  • A clear understanding and hands on experience of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics
  • Resource management experience
  • Ability to liaise at Board Level with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of customer segmentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing the creative process through from briefing to implementation
