To Dive deep and understand different downstream systems and processes that impact customer decision.
Identify root causes for process defects, work with category SMEs WW and Tech teams to work on implementing Corrective-Preventive Action and and identify opportunities for Automation. Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions. Use Tableau and excel to create reports by task, analyze opportunities, identify patterns and implement proactive solutions.
