Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns:- Plan and execute inbound lead generation strategies through email, social media, and other digital channels.- Set up and manage automated email campaigns, tracking responses and optimizing for better performance.Content Creation & Distribution:- Work with internal teams to gather content for whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, blogs, and videos.- Collaborate with writers to produce high-quality content and ensure it's published across appropriate platforms.Stakeholder Coordination:- Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to create compelling marketing content.- Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, for insights and approvals.Event & Conference Support:- Research relevant industry events and conferences and advise management on participation.- Assist in creating event collateral and running associated marketing campaigns.Digital Presence & SEO:- Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices are followed for traffic generation.- Track SEO keywords, website traffic, and social media performance in collaboration with external agencies.Brand Awareness & Social Media:- Regularly post and manage social media to align with Qualitrix's target audience.- Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers.Performance Tracking:- Measure the success of campaigns, track key metrics, and ensure continuous improvement in digital efforts.Experience:- Proven leadership in marketing teams, preferably within IT services firms.- Demonstrated success in inbound lead generation, social media growth, and driving website traffic.Digital Expertise:- Deep understanding of SEO, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms.- Awareness of key digital platforms for brand awareness and lead generation.Collaboration & Communication:- Strong ability to work with both internal teams and external stakeholders.- Ability to digest complex information, turn it into clear messaging, and communicate effectively.Campaign Execution:- Proven experience in running successful online marketing campaigns with measurable results.Content & Brand Understanding:- Ability to understand and communicate the company's offerings and unique selling points (USPs).
