As the Digital Marketing Head, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, attract new patients and drive revenue growth. Job Title: Digital Marketing Head Years of Experience: 5+ years Location: Trivandrum Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for an Ayurveda hospital to enhance brand awareness, attract new patients, and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan, execute, and track digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), search engines (Google AdWords), email marketing, content marketing, and website management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in the industry, ensuring the hospital stays ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as doctors, therapists, and administrative staff, to gather content and create engaging digital assets that promote the hospital\'s services and expertise.
  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools to optimize digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and grow the hospital\'s social media presence by creating and publishing regular, high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, providing recommendations for implementation to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, maintaining a positive online reputation for the hospital.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the hospital\'s digital marketing objectives are met within budget and timeline.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and update the hospital\'s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and reflects the brand identity.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to key stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master\'s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Proficient in using graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, to create visually appealing digital assets.
  • Familiarity with Ayurveda or healthcare terminologies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
