for Digital Marketing Head Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? We are looking to hire a Digital marketing head to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage all the company brands on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team and stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools. Effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.   • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for all the brands, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
  • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Brands digital presence.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it\xe2\x80\x99s performing and optimize the user experience.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage content for Company\xe2\x80\x99s Brand social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviours and trends, and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and implement them in [Company X]\xe2\x80\x99s marketing campaigns.
  • Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Requirements and skills
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo, video, or text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tool knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer orientation with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Skills and qualifications
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
Preferred qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software; understanding graphic design
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mind with a passion for measuring data
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
