You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
\xc2\xb7 Design, build and maintain our social media presence
\xc2\xb7 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
\xc2\xb7 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
\xc2\xb7 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
\xc2\xb7 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
\xc2\xb7 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
\xc2\xb7 Be able to understand human & human behaviour.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements-
\xc2\xb7 Graduate/Post Graduation degree in marketing or a related field
\xc2\xb7 2 to 3years work experience in digital marketing
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
\xc2\xb7 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ad. Manager, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
\xc2\xb7 Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Office Timings- 10am to 7pm
