Job Description

Looking for a Digital Marketing trainee who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a drive for marketing & social media. Candidate should be creative & laser focused, think critically and navigate independently towards team strategies. You will be responsible for paid marketing, growing revenue through digital media through designing & executing marketing campaigns through strong team collaboration. Job Responsibilities:

• Will be mainly responsible for assisting in Paid marketing campaigns for lead generation.
• He/she should assist in implementing plans to increase followers on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Linkedin.
• Manage budget and generate leads.
• Circulating messages on Whatsapp groups, all social platforms and keeping a track of latest Webinars & Courses.
• Design, build & maintain our social media presence, work with the team to create monthly strategies.
• Help creating engaging content for social media.
• Brainstorm new & creative growth strategies through digital marketing as well as interact with followers and potential customers by communicating & answering queries/questions through institute\xe2\x80\x99s social pages, Google pages etc.

• Understanding of SEO and Web Traffic metrics.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook pixel, Google analytics & all other social media best practices.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Well acquainted with Zoom meetings.

• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (should have command over English, Hindi & Marathi).
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience & devising digital campaigns that engage, inform & motivate.
• Should be well versed with Google ads, banner ads, display ads, youtube ads, Facebook pixel etc.
