We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that builds brand awareness, engagement, and drives sales. You will manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. You should be able to create engaging content and develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
- Create and curate engaging, original content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics
- Create content for Amazon and Flipkart
- Manage and grow social media communities, responding to customer inquiries, and creating a positive customer experience
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices and provide thought leadership and guidance to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media efforts are integrated into overall marketing initiatives
