Create and schedule social media posts (graphics, videos, copy) for platforms like [LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube].
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely, brand-consistent posts.
Monitor comments/messages and engage with the online community.
B. SEO
Implement on-page, off-page and basic technical SEO to improve organic rankings.
Conduct keyword and competitor research and support SEO-focused content.
Optimize website pages and track performance using Search Console & Analytics.
C. Google Ads / Paid Campaigns
Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns (Search / Display / YouTube) under guidance of senior team.
Help with keyword lists, ad copy suggestions, negative keywords and basic performance checks.
Optimize for CPC, CTR, conversions and ROI through regular monitoring and A/B tests.
D. Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics / GA4 to track website and campaign performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with key insights and action points.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics / GA4.
Good knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with Canva / basic design tools for post creation.
Knowledge of email marketing tools
