JD of Digital Marketing Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns Manage email and social media marketing campaigns Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites Drive traffic to company pages Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projectsMUST BE FROM REAL ESTATE BACKGROUNDJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthJadwal:
