Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine visibility and organic traffic.
Create compelling ad copy and visual assets for digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and paid campaigns.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
