Responsibilties: We are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual with the following skills: Conceptualise, plan, and activate organic social media campaigns Plan, prepare, and co-write content for social media with alignment to the company\'s business objectives. Develop social media assets, such as social media tiles, videos, and blogs; copywriting for online and social media content to adhere to social media channel best practices Maintain and update the monthly social media editorial and content calendar Ensure consistency in messaging across organic and paid activity Support business development and sales teams to develop strategic and tactical content Provide reports on social media results and performance Create and implement appropriate strategies to grow site visibility, measured with web traffic metrics Manage site design and development and website content to deliver a high-quality UX Update content on the website; develop and maintain webpages Assisting in planning and creating web pages Onsite optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy editing, sitemaps review/maintenance Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working in digital marketing, social media or similar field Bachelor\'s degree in marketing/business or equivalent qualification Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Google and LinkedIn. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong command of English with ability to simplify complex information, present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels Prior experience in creating content for the web and social, and growing a social audience. Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create content for social Ability to analyse and present content and social performance. Creative problem-solving skills, quick learner, and ability to delve into the detail Prior experience in web content management, SEO are preferred. Strong project management skills, understanding of marketing metrics Team player with great interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
