Job Description

Technical skills
1) Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
2) Knowledge and experience of various digital marketing channels like SEO, Social media marketing, email marketing, etc. (Looking out for newer methods is always a plus)
3) Well-versed in web analytics tools for keyword research, analysis of traffic, surveys, etc.
4) Carry out customer data analysis to find the target audience and create buyer personas.
5) Experience in graphic designing in photoshop or coral draw.
6) SEO: Carry out search engine optimization (SEO), knowledge of different SEO methodologies/techniques, managing the SEO efforts, and constant tracking and auditing of the work.
7) Work on keywords, SEO, SEM for getting website traffic through organic and inorganic way, increase repeat visitors on website engagement, regularly post blogs on the website, handle website-related SEO part independently
8) Content management and marketing: knowledge of content marketing via blog posts, videos, images, etc. experience in content management system (CMS) software is a plus.
9) Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising: Experienced in setting up and managing ad campaigns (budgeting, content, etc.) on channels like Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Linkedin Ads, etc.
10) Email marketing : increasing engagement through emails, retargeting campaigns, setting up workflows, etc.
11) Social media marketing: Know to market the company products on different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc.
12) Analytical mindset person with data driven approach, analyzing data from different sources and optimizing marketing efforts.
13) Understands the key metrics, like the significance of impressions vs conversions, click-through rate (CTR), Search engine ranks, etc.
14) Ability to visualize data for presentation to the stakeholders.
15) Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency; (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media).
16) Adding new clients to the current portfolio for corporate sales
17) Promote brand through corporate and social websites.
18) Build/Contribute to our digital marketing roadmap.
19) Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media advertising campaigns.
20) Measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
21) Generate weekly & monthly reports on our marketing campaign performance.Soft skills:
