Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies. Collaborate with content creators to produce relevant, engaging, and SEO-friendly content. Manage email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, design, and reporting. Monitor trends and insights, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven analysis. Assist in the design and execution of digital promotions, product launches, and events. Coordinate with design and development teams to improve user experience and landing pages. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
