As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services through various digital channels. Role and Responsibilities- \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness . \xc2\xb7 Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage social media accounts \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to optimize performance and increase conversions. \xc2\xb7 Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ad Words and social media ads(Facebook Ads , Instagram Ads and Youtube Ads ) \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning \xc2\xb7 Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices \xc2\xb7 Utilize marketing automation tools for email campaigns and lead nurturing \xc2\xb7 Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement Skills Required - \xc2\xb7 Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of social media marketing and advertising \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions \xc2\xb7 Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in content creation and copywriting \xc2\xb7 Experience with email marketing campaigns and automation tools \xc2\xb7 Strong project management and organizational skills Requirements \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Specialization in social media management and marketing ) \xc2\xb7 Expertise skills in Canva . \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop \xc2\xb7 1-2 years of experience in the similar field Benefits- \xc2\xb7 Competitive salary \xc2\xb7 Annual appraisal and bonuses \xc2\xb7 Rewards and Recognition \xc2\xb7 Performance based bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
