Job description Designation: Digital Marketing Executive (Full-time) Location: Garvebhavipalya, Bengaluru Desired qualification: Graduate/MBA having experience / knowledge in digital and web marketing Excellent Communication Skills and creative thinking abilities. Experience: Experienced folks with 3-4 years of proven work experience in digital marketing. Cubic is looking for Digital Marketing Executive to manage its international brand HR365 for its software products which are sold primarily in US, Canada, UK and Australia market. Here are some of the job responsibilities & the skills we wish you should have.

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain social media presence
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Working knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Semrush, etc. is preferred.
